At Shapeezy, your satisfaction matters to us. While we do not offer returns for change of mind, we proudly stand behind the quality of our products and will assist you if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

We only accept returns for items that arrive in a damaged or defective condition.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Please get in touch with us right away if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can investigate the problem and offer a solution.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

For a damaged or defective item to be returned:

  • It must be in the same condition as received

  • It must be unused and unworn

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label

  • You will receive step-by-step instructions on how to send the item back

  • Items returned without an approved request will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Personal care items, intimate wear, or hygienic products

  • Hazardous goods, flammable liquids, or perishables

Exchanges

If you need a replacement for a damaged or defective item, the fastest method is

  1. Request a refund

  2. Place a new order once your refund is processed

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you if the refund has been approved

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Additional time may be required for banks or payment providers to process the refund
